Ingredients
1.5oz Old Forester 86 proof
3 ginger disks (about the diameter of a quarter and 1/4 inch thick)
.75oz Lime Oleo Saccharum
.5oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Bennett's Wild Hunt Bitters
Soda Water
Muddle ginger disks with lime oleo. Add all remaining ingredients except soda water and shake with ice until cold. Strain into a lowball glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger atop a lime wheel.
