Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Brugal 1888 Rum

  • .75oz Cynar

  • .5oz Columbian Cold Brew

  • .75oz Plum Sake Syrup

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

  • Expressed lemon peel


Combine all ingredients except the lemon peel in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a lowball glass with ice and express lemon peel over the drink. Toss out lemon peel. No garnish.
